Plant Hire Terms

General hire terms

All plant hire is subject to availability, site access, safe working conditions and written quotation confirmation. Rates, mobilisation, operator requirements and hire periods are confirmed before work is scheduled.

Site access and safety

• The client should provide safe access, suitable working space and accurate site information.
• Underground services, overhead cables, weak surfaces and restricted areas must be identified before machinery operates.
• Work may be delayed, paused or declined where access or site conditions are unsafe.

Fuel, operators and delays

Fuel, operator, transport and standby arrangements are confirmed per quotation. Delays caused by restricted access, unavailable site contacts, unsafe conditions, weather, traffic control or third-party approvals may affect cost and scheduling.

Damage and responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate site instructions and protecting private services, paving, structures and neighbouring property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any special insurance, induction or compliance requirement must be disclosed before acceptance of a quotation.
